Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available when:

  • The eSIM has not been delivered.

  • Your device is incompatible and you cannot activate the eSIM.

  • A technical error on our part prevents activation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • eSIM has been delivered and activated.

  • Data plan has been partially or fully used.

  • Connectivity issues caused by local carrier restrictions.

3. Refund Process

  • Email support@Roamtell.com with your order ID.

  • Our team will verify your case.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
